Development
Signing is the starting line. Development is the work.
Mile High Model Management is a mother agency. That means our job is not just to find our models work — it is to build them into models who can hold their own in any room, in any market. Every model on our roster gets a development plan built around where she is and where she is going. Not a template. Hers.
What development includes
Runway coaching
Virtual runway coaching with professional coaches who carry New York Fashion Week and international credits — posture, turns, balance, presence. One-on-one and small-group sessions, scheduled around each model's castings so she walks in prepared, not hopeful.
Digitals and comp cards
Clean, current digitals and professionally built comp cards, produced in-house and updated as she grows. Casting directors decide in seconds; her materials make those seconds count.
Casting preparation
Walk videos, casting wardrobe, etiquette, and how to present in the room. Our models know what a casting is, what it is not, and what it costs — before they ever walk into one.
Portfolio and editorial development
Directed shoots and editorial placements that build a real book — the kind of tear sheets and credits that make bigger agencies pay attention.
Placement preparation
As a mother agency, we prepare our models for placement with larger agencies in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, London, and Milan — and we stay in her corner after she gets there.
Protection
We verify every casting before a model hears about it. If a casting charges models to participate, our models never see it. No pay-to-play, no exceptions.
How it works
Development is part of representation at Mile High. When a model signs, we map her first steps — materials, coaching, target castings — and we adjust the plan as she books. Small roster on purpose: every model here is known, guided, and worked for individually.
